Great that you’ve decided to do EMS training with us! So we’re well prepared, we need a little information from you in advance – please fill in the form in four short steps before your appointment.
We’ll meet in the waiting area on the 4th floor, Resselstraße 33, 6020 Innsbruck – you can get changed afterwards. After the training, we’re happy to treat you to a coffee, or you can relax in our Physiotherm infrared cabin.
Local test with Asana: Submitting creates a real task in this form’s Asana project – just like on the website – and sends a confirmation to the email address given (with LETTERMINT_API_TOKEN). Delete test tasks in Asana afterwards.
Local test: Submissions go to the test project (ASANA_TEST_PROJECT) instead of this form’s project.
Local test without Asana: Submissions only appear in the terminal running npm run dev.
